Well I'm not going to say that the 4 of us shouldn't have opened a restaurant yrs ago BUT when we made dinner last night the other residence kept coming by and asking what we had cooked! Better yet there were 2 other groups that had made dinner and no one was asking them anything!!!
We bought fresh red and yellow peppers from the store yesterday and cooked them w onions and chargrilled handmade sausages. Bought the ripest tomatoes I've ever eaten and chopped them for bruschetta. We made garlic potatoes and white beans w escarole. That's it- but it was perfect!
